Ideally, you are conversant with independently drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Representation Agreements and all relevant supporting documents.
Our client has an above average reputation within the community of Victoria and they pride themselves with a long standing focus in the area of Estate law, including estate administration, estate planning, trusts, adult guardianships, and incapacity planning. Our client also practices in the area of real estate, family law, and corporate law.
