Legal Assistant – Corporate Records

On behalf of our full service and well established downtown Victoria law firm client, we are seeking a Legal Assistant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate law. Candidates should have experience with generating annual reports and annual meeting documents, filing annual reports online via BC Online, preparing incorporation documents, changes of registered offices, dividends, redemptions, and general record book updating. Experience with Time Matters, Microsoft Office, EsiLaw is required. Ability to work independently, prioritize, maintain a high level of efficiency, and work within tight deadlines, with exceptional professionalism and work ethic.
