At Legal Staff Solutions we fully appreciate how important it is to continuously hear from new and existing legal staff who are looking for a new opportunity and a good fit with our law firm clients. This is our Right Fit Philosophy, and you can share in that process. If you refer a candidate to us, and we place that candidate, we share part of our placement fee with you for the referral in appreciation. Currently, for full time permanent legal staff candidates, our referral fee to you is $1,000.00. For lawyer referrals, our referral fee to you is $1,500.00. This is our way of giving back to you for helping us in our search for new candidates. We are known and trusted for our long-standing confidentiality process.
